1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Programs, Donations, & Campaigns

• KitaHijaukan does not guarantee all programs will reach their targets.
• Funds received will be managed according to program mandate and reported periodically.
• Risk of misuse by third parties is the responsibility of the related program organizer, but KitaHijaukan reserves the right to check or stop campaigns if violations are indicated.

6. Limitation of Liability

KitaHijaukan strives to provide accurate information and stable services. However, we do not guarantee:

• All information is always up to date or error-free;
• Services always run without technical disruptions;
• Direct/indirect losses due to site usage.

Users are fully responsible for decisions made based on information on the site.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

KitaHijaukan may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. Users are deemed to accept changes by continuing to use the services.
